I have had a interesting last few days. On thursday i noticed my lizards acting kinda funny and one of there belly was all big and lumpy. So on Friday I looked up a bunch of stuff online and figured out that my lizard which i thought was a male was not a male and it was pregant. I wasn't too excited about this because all i could think of was the time and money it was gonna be to take care of it, what every i had to do to it. On Saturday I reaserched more and figured out what i had to do so me and Jessie prepared a box that was filled with peat moss for her to nest in. She climbed in and dug around alot. She seemed content with it. After we ate dinner last night we looked in and could see little white things at the bottom of the box. They were eggs! crazy huh. Then we dug them up (there was 22 eggs but one was broken) and put them in a little homemade incubator that i made and now we have to wait. If everything goes good they should hatch in 60-70 days. Should be interesting. I talked to the guys at the pet store where i got my lizards and they said that they would pay me for them when the hatch so i might actually make some money off them if it all goes right. Anyone want a lizard?
